company of PT Astra International Tbk. We have several RoRo Vessel with near
coastal voyage. As a ship owner, we are now in the midst of expanding our

Qualifications :
1. Male, aged 24 – 30
2. Minimum D-3, Sea Transportation is an advantage with GPA 2.75
3. Have experience at Crewing in shipping company or shipping agency
4. Good knowledge, capable and available to do office jobs and out of office
duty.
5. Have network to find crew candidates, especially for TB & FLF
Main Job :
1. Recruitment and scheduling of crew.
2. Ensuring that the crew is qualified by meeting mandatory and the
Company's requirements with regards, to certification and experience.
3. All administrative matters involved in the management and movement of
sea-staff including arrangements of flights, accommodation and visa.
