a. Min deck watchkeeping certificates, BST, SCRB, AFF, MFA
b. Active English, familiar with communications equipment Radio / SSB and has a special certification HLO (Helicopter Landing Officer)
c. Experience working in off-shore operation, primarily dealing with in-out passenger and cargo traffic on the accommodation barge / vessel or off-shore storage.
